I had recently inherited some money and I am also looking to retire in the next 3-5 years so needed advice on the best way to invest and also to review my pensions and see if I needed to increase my contributions

Nothing- Charles was very approachable and explained everything in a way I could understand, especially as I had a limited understanding of the stock markets etc. He used a whiteboard to help me visualise what he was suggesting which was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable which gave me a lot of confidence .I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure to make a decision .
